I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location in the historic center was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the nearby attractions. The service was top-notch, with the staff always being friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The in-room safe provided added security for my belongings. The Wi-Fi in the room was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy my morning cravings.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Congress Centre and a tram line, making it easy to travel to the city centre and other parts of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stylish bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the cozy dining room was a pleasant place to start the day.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff treated me with great care and kindness. The location was perfect, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler even when coming back late at night.
The breakfast option could have been improved by having all the food ready at the beginning instead of bringing some items later.

Great location, easily accessible by tram. Helpful staff, providing maps and transportation information. Cozy attic room with openable windows. Pleasant stay, with comfortable bed and functioning heating. Good breakfast choices, including sausages. Nearby attractions worth visiting. If the price is right, would book again.
